Grinding
machine for ball valves. The size of your
working pieces determines the length of the
polishing time. This machine can be designed for
different sizes and diameters of work pieces,
which can range from 25mm-250mm.
ST-611 Cookware Inner
Face Polishing Machine
Specially
designed for the inner face of cookware for
beautiful circle or sun line polishing effects,
this machine is controlled by a CNC system and
can be designed to suit the different sizes or
shapes of cookware. With instrument controlled
vacuum plates it's very easy to put work pieces
both on and off this polishing machine.
ST-612 Cookware Inner
Face Polishing Machine
Specially
designed for the outer face of cookware, this
machine is able to adjust the angle of polishing
according to the shape and size of cookware.
With instrument controlled vacuum plates on the
machine, it's very easy to put work pieces both
on and off. Equipped with an automatic supply
function, there's nothing to worry about cotton
wheel wear. All 6 working heads can be specially
designed for the shape and size of your work
pieces. Comes complete with auto spray liquid
equipment to make operations run smoothly.
Polishing
wheels are covered by exhaust hoods and
connected with dust pipes for excellent
operational environments. Both polishing wheel
and loading wheels include adjustable handling
equipment for ease of operation. Comes complete
with automatic feeder and optional collector
device. The polishing range is adjustable
depending on the dimensions and diameter of the
tubing ranging from 12mm to 150mm. Options also
available for attaching auto spray compound.
Rated at 40 Horse Power.
