This machine
applies a soft character of sand bands and
simulates the effect of
a plastic roller. It can resolve operations difficult for
sand grinding and unfinished works treatment.
More importantly, the machine has the
following advantages:
a) Even tearing or braking abrasive belt
will not hurt operators.
b) Easy to be changed abrasive belt, during
operation without any concern about
belt elongation.
c) High/low speed design. High speed for
polishing large cutting surfaces. Low speed for polishing easy
cutting work pieces.
d) Four simulation rollers
that are changeable for
fast and convenient operation.
ST-102 Non-Marking
Surface Grinding Machine
This grinding
machine is specially designed
for straight and flat working pieces. No wave
trace on the surface.
ST-104 Vertical
Grinding Machine
This vertical
grinding machine can be used to
chamfer the burr off glass with its flushing device.
ST-401 Manual Grinding
Buffing Machine
The high stability of
this machine enables it to operate without
shaking even when the ground bolts are not
applied! The cover of the abrasive belt is adjustable
to allow different angels in order to apply
different work pieces for polishing and buffing
on demand. The vacuum device reduces pollution.
The frequency converter allows the cutting line speed
to be changed if
required.
ST-402 Manual Buffing
Machine
This
buffing machine has the same functions as ST-401, plus the cover of
the buffing
wheels are adjustable both forward and
backward thus making operation more
convenient and easy. The frequency converter
allows the cutting line speed to be changed if
required. Suitable for polishing and
buffing various material.
