With 18 working honing spindles on the rotary,
the rotary table and working pieces rotate
continuously and the speed of the rotary is able
to be adjusted both fast and slow according to
the job difficulty of the working pieces. The
movement between rotating working pieces and
rotary table is like the sun and planet motion.
Four adjustable working heads are able to apply
buffing wheels in order to assist the working
equipment. With auto spray equipment the liquid
makes the operation more easily. When the cotton
wheels wear out, the machine can supply enough
pressure automatically.
Suitable for circular or irregular shapes of
working pieces such as sanitary facilities,
hardware for construction, auto parts, home
appliance parts.... and so on. Wide suitability

Indexing Rotary Buffing Machine
With 12
honing spindles on the indexing rotary table.
Four adjustable working heads, from 0-180
degrees. When the cotton wheel wears out, the
machine has a auto supply function.
With auto spray equipment the liquid makes the
operation more easily.
The time of
buffing is able to adjusted according to the
size of working pieces, from 3 seconds (fastest)
to 20 seconds (lowest). Suitable for plates,
circular shapes or irregular shapes of working
parts. A high productivity machine.
ST-609 Automatic Rotary
Buffing Machine
With 18
working honing spindles on the indexing rotary
index table this machine can be adjusted for a
time intermittence from 3 seconds to 20 seconds.
The 6 working heads are adjustable from up to
down, left to right, and forward to backward.
When the cotton wheels wear out, the machine
also has a auto supply function. Suitable for
circular and irregular shapes of working pieces
such as cookware. The machine reduces working
cost and provides high productivity.
ST-610 Automatic
Indexing Rotary Buffing Machine
This auto
rotary polishing machine is designed to polish
stepped work pieces or irregular shapes.
According to the shape of the work pieces, four
working polishing stands can polish the work
pieces separately on different sections.
